Be active

The project “Be Active started” as a necessity for movement, good shape, quality time and team work. Being on for two years now (2018 and 2019) it developed a new team spirit and a desire for involvement in everyday extra-activities for our employees. The project was designed both for Pandora employees and for their families. The project consists of aerobics, bike riding and a football mini-championship. All activities are coordinated by our employees. The aerobics programme is available two times per week, during ten minutes breaks. Everyone is invited! Both factories designated their own fitness coach among the employees and they all have fun and stay healthy every week in the courtyard. The grand final of the football mini-championship was organized between the winning team from Focsani and the winning team from Tecuci…but the aim was for everyone to have fun and to enjoy team work, because they all received personalized equipment and prizes. Last but not least, the bike ride was an activity not only for the employees, but also for their families. Weekend by bike was an opportunity for us to know each other better and to enjoy quality time with colleagues and families.

For us every player is a winner, whether he was part of the winning team or not.

From one year to another, the team for aerobics keeps getting bigger and bigger. We always find time to feel great together!
